If the processing of personal data is necessary for fulfilling a contract to which the data subject is a party, as is the case, for example, with processing operations which are necessary for the delivery of goods or the provision of other services or any considerations, then the processing is based on Art. 6 Paragraph S. 1 Lit. b GDPR. The same applies for any such processing procedures which are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, such as in cases of enquiries regarding our products or services. If our company is subjected to a legal obligation which makes the processing of personal data necessary, for example to fulfil tax obligations, then the processing will be based on Art. 6 Paragraph S. 1 Lit. c GDPR. In rare cases, the processing of personal data can become necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, Art. 6 Paragraph S. 1 Lit. d GDPR. Ultimately, processing operations could also be based on Art. 6 Paragraph S. 1 Lit. f GDPR. Processing operations which are not covered by any of the aforementioned legal bases, but which are based on this legal basis when the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject do not predominate.

To demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse its deletion and we no longer require the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data which you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another responsible person;

As a general rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or the location for the location of the alleged infringement when the data subject considers that the processing of his/her personal data is in breach of the EU Basic Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
